Remember Forever by LyokoWarrior4ever Remember Forever by LyokoWarrior4ever
Today 67 years ago, Battleship Yamato was sunk by the american task, forever ending the reign of the battleship as the queen of the ocean, The first attack began at 12:37 military time and the explosion that sunk her at 14:23, today, we remember the men who sailed on this great ship, i may be an american myself, but i have complete respect for the Japanese and will honor them forever....Yamato if you can hear me, sleep well you earned your rest

Yamato was on my mind this past April 7th for just that reason. If you don't already have it you might want to read 'A Glorious Way to Die' by Russell Spurr, about the Yamato's final days.
